The town hall is available to rent for events such as family reunions, baby showers, graduation parties etc. It features a large open room and a full kitchen. The fee for the day is $100, contact the City Clerk 712-764-5514. There is a $25.00 Cleaning fee for Non-Profits.
The $100.00 fee is due at the time of contract signing to reserve your date.
