The Elk Horn City Council regularly meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Elk Horn Library - Back Programming Room, 2027 Washington Street, Elk Horn, IA 51531. On rare occasion special city council meetings or workshops are scheduled in addition to the regular monthly meeting.
